At ARIIX, we are passionate about health. And our leaders are just as (or more) crazy about it as well! So we took a moment to peek into some of their kitchens to see what healthy concoctions they’ve been crafting lately. We were definitely not disappointed, so we’re sharing the recipes we discovered with you. But beware: you’ll want to rush to your blender immediately and create one of these delicious and healthy drinks pronto!

Keep It Super Simple (KISS) by Lynn Allen-Johnson

Ms. Johnson believes in keeping things as simple as possible by choosing real, whole foods. She incorporates uncomplicated ingredients that give an amazing boost to her energy needs.

Ingredients:
2 scoops PureNourish
8oz water or almond milk
1-2 cups baby spinach
1 scoop Power Boost
1 scoop Beauty Boost
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1-2 cups ice

Instructions:
Blend all ingredients together, adding more ice if desired.

 

Traveler by Heather Palau

Ms. Palau is constantly traveling for business, which makes it challenging for her to get fresh foods and greens as often as she would like. She has found the easiest solution is to drink her greens in a simple shake!

Ingredients:
1 scoop PureNourish
1 scoop Power Boost
1 scoop powdered green supplement
1 cup coconut milk
1-2 tablespoon hemp seeds

Instructions:
Blend the first 4 ingredients vigorously in Slenderiiz Blender Bottle then garnish with hemp seeds.

 

Latson Latte by Deanna Latson, Founder and Chief Product Officer

Ms. Latson, like many other businesswomen, often needs a healthy jumpstart to her day. This easy recipe features warm, nourishing ingredients with the bracing freshness of mint.

Ingredients:
2 scoops PureNourish
1-2 scoops Power Boost
1 cup Dandy Blend (coffee alternative)
1-4 cups fresh peppermint leaves
1 cup almond milk (heated or foamed)

Instructions:
Blend all ingredients together except the almond milk. Once almond milk is heated, hand whisk until foamed if desired, then fold into mixture in a mug.

Tips: Add a dash of regular almond milk to drink at the end if you like your hot drinks creamy. Califia Farms Almond Milk or 365 Whole Foods Almond Milk foam best.

 

Turbo by Tammy Lewis Krumweide

Handy for boosting your power and energy through even the toughest of workouts or busy schedules, this shake is chockfull of nutrients directly from a nutritional cook’s own kitchen.

Ingredients:
2 scoops PureNourish
1 scoop Power Boost
1-2 cups almond milk
1-2 cups coconut milk
1-4 cups spinach
Handful arugula
1-2 cups ice

Instructions:
Blend all ingredients together, adding ice in at the end on high.

 

Jeff’s Joy by Rona Alexander

A knowledgeable health coach, Ms. Alexander created this shake for recovery after her husband, Jeff, was diagnosed with Moyamoya.

Ingredients:
2 scoops PureNourish
1 scoop Power Boost
1 cup almond milk
2 teaspoons ground flax seeds
1/3 ripe avocado
1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
15 raw almonds
2 handfuls spinach
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
1 ½ cups ice (optional)

Instructions:
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend thoroughly, adding the ice last on high.

Tip: If you choose to add ice, reduce almond milk to ¼ cup.
