Blueberry with Lemon Granita

Blueberry with Lemon Granita

  • 6 lemons, juiced (approximately ¼ cup)
  • Lemon zest from two lemons
  • 2 cups water
  • ½ blueberries
  • Stevia to taste

Stir water with lemon juice, zest, and stevia. Freeze mixture in ice cube trays and store cubes in Ziploc bags in your freezer for future use.* Crush three or more lemon cubes in blender and top with blueberries; serve.

*Cubes are excellent for shakes and smoothies.
