2 Scoops Pure Nourish Natural
¼ Cup Ground Quinoa Grains (measured)
3 Tablespoons Ground Flaxseeds (measured)
2 Teaspoons Baking Powder (Aluminum Free)
3-4 Tablespoons Almond Milk
½ Cup Egg Whites (3 egg whites)
1 Whole Egg
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
6 Drops Liquid Stevia
Grind your regular Quinoa grains in a coffee grinder to a soft medium powder: ¼ cup of grains dry will yield ½ cup of ground so measure out your ¼ cup needed. Grind the same for your flax seeds grinding 3 tablespoons will yield 6; so measure out your 3 tablespoons for your recipe or you may use the extra if you are doubling the recipe. In a bowl assemble all the dry ingredients. Whisk your egg whites and whole egg together and stir them into your dry ingredients; stirring in the desired amount of almond milk little by little to create a batter. Whisk all the ingredients until incorporated adding the vanilla and stevia last. Do not over beat. Yield will be ½ cup.
Put half the batter (1/4 cup) on an oiled hot waffle iron and bake. Because you are using unconventional ( but healthier) ingredients the waffles can take a little longer to cook in the center.

ARIIX COCOA NUT SPREAD
1 Scoop Pure Nourish Natural
1 Scoop Cocoa Power Boost
2-3 Tablespoons Almond Milk
1 Tablespoon + 1 Teaspoon Almond Butter
½ Teaspoon Vanilla
Whisk the PureNourish Natural and Cocoa together blending in the Almond Butter thoroughly. Stir in the almond milk and vanilla until glossy and becomes a smooth spread.
