Moa Stir Fry


  • Coconut oil for cooking
  • 16oz green beans, trimmed (or any veggies of your choice!)
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes
  • ½ onion, sliced
  • ½ cup Moa
  • 2–3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • garlic powder to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: any protein of your choice would be perfect to add! (chicken breast, salmon, tofu, etc.)

*Use organic whenever possible!


  1. Bring a large pan to medium heat and melt coconut oil.
  2. Add onions and cook until slightly caramelized. Next add green beans and cover with lid for approximately 3–5 minutes to allow green beans to slightly steam.
  3. Push green beans and onions to one side of pan and add grape tomatoes to the other side of the pan. Cook tomatoes until slightly blistered and softened. Smash half the tomatoes to release tomato juices.
  4. Add Moa, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste. Bring pan to medium-high heat and mix veggies.
  5. Serve with your favorite protein or simply with a side of quinoa and avocado. ENJOY!
