Masa was born with an entrepreneurial spirit. He has always craved the freedom to manage his time the way he wants to and never liked the idea of having to answer to a “boss.” It’s that entrepreneurial spirit that brought Masa to ARIIX. Having worked with two other direct selling companies, he was seeking the stability that an industry-forward, growth-oriented company had to offer.

An industry veteran, Masa was discerning when deciding upon a new company to partner with, as he was determined to protect his team and do his best to help ensure their future success. When he learned about the ARIIX Bill of Rights — the industry-first contract that provides Representatives with both legal protection and a voice within the company — he knew he had found the right fit.

Never one to be satisfied with the status quo, Masa is most drawn to the ARIIX influence on the direct selling industry as an innovative industry disruptor. Thanks to the many programs, perks and opportunities ARIIX offers, Masa is devoted to becoming a strong Representative leader that provides a powerful example to those on his team.

In addition to the ARIIX products, Masa’s focus on gratitude and hope keeps him actively engaged in this relationship-based business. Masa believes maintaining constant hope and gratitude for all things keeps him healthy both physically and mentally. Understanding that sometimes building a strong team can be a challenge, staying positive helps pull everything together.

Today, Masa enjoys his outstanding team of incredible Representatives and a strong relationship with the ARIIX executive team. He is living his dream being his own “boss” and carving out the life he wants — on his terms — and helping his team members do the same.
